Arias Christalan is designed to make a lasting impression as its complexity is rewarding.
We start with our proprietary red wine blend produced from our estate grapes fermented into wine.
We then distill a portion of the red wine into brandy.
We then blend into this "fortified" wine a barrel matured Tanat and bottle age to produce a less tanic and smoother "port" style vintage red wine.
Arias Christalan is "fruit forward" making its taste very approachable and is wonderful chilled, on the rocks or in cocktails.
Arias Christalan is resilient and can be stored upright or sideways in a cool dark place.
For stemware, serve in an 8 once "port style" glass filled halfway. Or, use a wide-mouthed long-stem red wine glass.
Serve at 65 +/- degrees or even more slightly chilled.
